Wonder if anyone else has noticed this person, usually in bright tees and a bermuda, headphones stuck in his ear, sitting there. Observing others. He has a notebook. He looks at people, then bends his head down to write. Is it a story in the making. Glimpses of the eye..... After a while he gets up, and changes his table. Still alone. Repeating what he does.
